Michelle Kowalski was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in February 2005. She discovered she was pregnant in April 2005 with her third child. Throughout both of her previous pregnancies, she kept a detailed journal of her thoughts and events. She has decided to share her third journal with us!

She has a bachelor's degree in journalism and English from Butler University in Indianapolis, and is a copy editor and proofreader for a national agriculture magazine.
