Unfortunately, I have to pay for web site hosting, forum hosting, and for other various services and products for the site. I actively try to increase exposure so other Diabetic Mommies can find us, but when traffic increases so do my costs. I use a lot of my time updating, writing articles, networking, researching, doing website maintenance, and answering posts/emails (which takes a lot more time then I thought it would).

My ultimate "dream" is to turn Diabetic Mommy into a non-profit so then is could be my "job" and the site could offer more to you. It's a goal, but it's far away. Surprisingly, it costs thousands to do something like that.
